Outstanding service is the word to use we walked in first time and was greeted promptly had an idea of what I wanted for my nails and sure enough they went above and beyond for my pedi and full set love the 3d flowers on my nails truly amazed at the service and friendly from start to finish there’s no rushing just because clients walk in they took there time. Which is great because most places will start to rush. I will definitely be back again yall can’t see it to good in the picture but they have an amazing selection of chrome colors as well and the shape is super on point

I was asked to give my review, so here is my honest opinion. I feel bamboozled. After doing research and coming across the reviews and pictures of other nail sets, I chose Organic Nails & Waxing. The first time I came, the pedicure was good, the full set shape was nice but the design was subpar. I figured it was a one off and came back a 2nd time after seeing more photos added. Not only were the inside of my nails filed down after I specifically mentioned I was trying to retain my natural nails (now I have to regrow them) I chose a design specifically from their posts and yet again, not even remotely close to what I asked for. Ontop of that I was charged $20 for this design. It seems incredibly misleading.

I arrived at 6:33 PM and noticed the sign was already off, even though they don’t close until 7 PM. I came in asking for a simple gel pedicure something quick that could be finished before closing. One staff member was finishing up with a customer, and the other seemed ready to close. She spoke briefly to her coworker in another language, then told me, “Can you come back tomorrow?” I explained that I was flying out later that evening and couldn’t return this was my only chance to get a pedicure before vacation. She smiled and just said, “Sorry, no.” I asked again to confirm, and she firmly said no. I left and immediately called “Nails by David Lee”, which also closes at 7 PM. They said if I could make it in five minutes, they’d take me. I arrived there at 6:39 PM and was welcomed into a busy salon full of customers and got a great pedicure. Maybe that’s why they’re so busy: they actually accommodate their clients. I’m really disappointed with this salon. There were still 27 minutes left before closing more than enough time for a quick service. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve felt they’re in a rush to close. The owner is super nice and always accommodating, but unfortunately, not all the staff seem to share that attitude or care about the business.

I always come here. Great pedicures. The ladies really pay attention to detail. Somehow I always come 40 min before closing but they always take me and are very nice. Super professional and great pedicures. I haven’t had a manicure here due to work I can’t have painted nails. But get pedicures twice a month. They use sterile techniques and always clean their foot basins and use plastic on the tubs. Love this place.

Thi and Tina did a great job on my nails!! I love coming here! All the ladies are so nice!!
