New York Nails

They have done a great job with my nails and Pedi's for 5 yrs. Used to be a walk-in for first available tech and was never disappointed with anyone. Since Covid, I make appointments now, but still don't feel I have to specify anyone. Everyone is friendly, engaging, and talented.

I like NY Nails, but they often don't answer their phones - I guess they're booked solid - and they no longer take walk-ins. I've found an alternative for my mani pedis, but I try NY Nails first.

Professional Affordable Accessible Walk-in noon Monday. Wheelchair accessible for nail services. Got a basic pedi, no polish and basic mani, basic color in an hour. I have short natural nails. Tia was the technician. Good air circulation (though ceiling tiles need replaced around a/c) keeping salon fumes down. All surfaces cleaned between clients. Disposable tools used as applicable. Nail booths have been updated since the photos I see on google maps. Plastic guards between tech and client. All staff wearing masks over mouth and nose. Bright space. Toys for kids. TV on with closed captioning--at respectable volume-conversation still possible: Appx 7 clinents yet, not too noisy. Excellent value. Prices on door are honored inside. Friendly staff. Gentle yet vigorous massage: was repeatedly asked my comfort with touch/pressure/etc. (I use mobility aid.) If you live in or are visiting the area, skip the drive to Jax. You will get better service and value here.

Reservations recommended. Busy for a reason. Great service, staff and pricing. Can be loud when very busy.

Loved it here. Staff is super kind. Fit me in last minute before closing and did a fantastic job on my nails. Will definitely be going back !
