I never give reviews but felt compelled to leave this one. I was visiting my daughter in the area from Boston and we popped in to get our nails done. The people were nice and it looked clean enough. My daughter had some fancy nails done and they made sure to put her with a certain girl. I wanted just a dip set. I had what I believe now was someone brand new. She painted the dip on which I’ve never seen before. Who I believed was the owner kept stopping by to look at my nails. I returned to my hotel to sit at the pool within an hour. While there doing absolutely nothing a nail popped off. Within a few minutes another one. I was shocked. I immediately contacted them. I sent them the photo and explanation. I had to catch a flight and couldn’t return. They will NOT respond to me. Zero integrity. By the morning I had 1 nail left. I paid $156 for me & my daughter’s nails. I would avoid a place like this with zero integrity
I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel completely at ease. The hospitality here is unmatched—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. My nail technician was absolutely amazing. She took her time, paid close attention to detail, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her technique was flawless—my toe nails came out looking clean, elegant, and exactly how I envisioned them. You can tell she truly cares about her craft and takes pride in her work. I also really appreciated how clean and relaxing the space was. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, which made the entire experience feel like a little escape. I can’t wait to come back for my next appointment! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-quality service, beautiful results, and a warm, welcoming environment.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent nail appointment. I came in simply to have an acrylic refill with a new color — nothing complex or difficult. Instead, I left with nails that look absolutely awful. For nearly an hour and a half, the technician was cutting down my natural nails that I had grown out, even cutting two of them off without any explanation. She applied excessive acrylic, and my nails turned out bulky, uneven, and far from the shape I asked for. Despite expressing my preferences multiple times throughout the appointment, they were entirely disregarded. After this disappointing experience, the salon owner told me I didn’t have to pay, which speaks volumes about the service quality. I still tipped the technician $20 out of courtesy, but I left deeply unhappy with the result. If the technicians aren’t comfortable with certain services, it would be best if they’re reassigned to ensure a better customer experience. This was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had.
Let me start by saying DONT LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I have lived in Naples for 4 years, and this was the best service I have had! Usually when you go to places either the pedicure is bad and you love your nails, or something just isn't how you wanted it. I made an appointment for my sister and I for her birthday this weekend. They greeted us with birthday mimosas, and got to work. We had pedicures, hot stones on our legs, and both had nail fills done. I loved the shape of my nails and the pedicure is actually what I wanted. I have found my new go to salon in Naples! Lee and Emily we appreciate you!
They are so amazing here!! I had a few injured toenails and they were able to rebuild and beautify my toes so that you could never tell. This is a great salon for highly specialized and skilled services and or toenail concerns. ????
