Nails Club

I’ve been going to Nails Club for a couple of years on and off. This is my third time I get my nails done with Jayden. He has always been polite and courteous. However, I’m sad to say this was my last time at this nail salon. As he was doing my nails (he had already placed the powder on every single nail) we were deciding what glitter to do on one finger; the lady that works at the counter comes up to me in front of every other customer next to me and rudely says that I needed to know what color before hand because other people are waiting on him. This is after I sat for about 45 minutes for him to be able to do my nails. I couldn’t believe her attitude to a customer. First of all I’m paying for the service! Which is always way over 100 dollars. Second, I didn’t take not even 10 minutes to decide the glitter I wanted. Instead of her helping by being courteous and saying do you need help in deciding we would gladly help. But that’s not the case. Later on, Jayden explain to me that he cannot take long with any particular customer because if he doesn’t do some number of customers he won’t make money. Meaning, all the people that work there will NOT take their time with you or help you decide on what you like because they will loose money. I understand they work very hard but please be mindful of your clients. I also work hard for my money and don’t need to be rushed or my nail service to be not good enough because you have a number of customers you need to do. To finalize, I tipped him $10.00 every single time he did my nails. I hope other customers are not treated the way I was treated today. I really just wanted a relaxing time and instead was treated in such an unprofessional manner.

Was hesitant about coming here because of the reviews but I trusted my sister’s word since she’s been here several times. My tech (Anna) and my sister’s were so great! Very kind and attentive. I was iffy on the color I chose for my acrylic set and Anna did not hesitate to help me choose a color by trying it on a nail and taking it off each time. Will be coming back here and already referred a couple of friends! Prices are reasonable too:)

I’ve gone here one time before with my little sister and first time lady I can’t remember her name she did a okay job but not worth it for the price. so today I came once again and asked a price before I pay for some over priced nails and this is what I received. I first asked for a red French tip the lady couldn’t get it done right so I told her can you just do a solid red and she made a big deal and started giving me an attitude. 1 they are supper thick the red peels off 2 it’s not worth the price for something I don’t like 3 customers service wasn’t good. Don’t get your nails done by AMY.

Terrible customer service, the employees are so rude they made me feel bad. I went there to do a manicure and shellac for my nails. When I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted the shape and color she grabbed my phone and showed it to her coworker as she giggled at it. I said I wanted to use my natural nails no acrylics but she said one of nails wasn’t pretty and was about to put acrylics on without my consent until I stoped her. Then mid way of doing the manicure (no shellac yet) I apologized and said I changed my mind on the color. she just stoped and groaned then left with all her stuff without finishing the manicure so another lady stepped in and finished it for her. Im sorry but I DO NOT recommend this place.

Money hungry workers! The worst I’ve Ever had ! you tell them what you want & they tell you no ,no get this ..yes ! Of course because it’s 15-20 more $ ..omg ! I Told the lady let me choose my services please ! After all I’m paying for them ..never again will I step foot in this Soa again ..Terrible listening skills !!! Please don’t tell a customer What to get !!! Not only to mention several steps left out of pedicure..Go elsewhere & get better service w a better price .
