I used to love this place. But since Rosie sold it, it's gone downhill. They must give them a time limit per customer because my regular gal, which I loved, started rushing each service. The last two times she's done a sub-par job on my hands and feet. She nicked me twice the last 2 times I went and just said uh oh! Then started talking to the other workers in her native tongue. And when they all glance your direction, it's pretty obvious what was going on. Also there is now a Lot of pressure to get the special pedicures which are very expensive. Sad because this place used to be great. No longer. Raised prices substantially and lowered the quality of work. Will never be back. Now I understand they're losing business from people who were loyal customers.
