Bay Nails of Pasadena

I love Bay Nails in Pasadena, MD! My pedicure was so relaxing and professionally done. I especially loved getting the hot stone service. Isabel did a wonderful job and was meticulous in making it a fabulous experience. Isabel and Kathy worked together to do my nails. Kathy, the owner, is the kindest and most service oriented person you'll meet! She offers refreshments, including snacks and chocolate! I feel comfortable and pampered at Bay Nails! Isabel did an amazing job on creatively designing my nails for my Queen Bee Halloween costume. She listened to my ideas and incorporated them into her beautiful and clever design. The pictures will prove how wonderful my nails look. Each one of my nails has a different design: buzz pattern, honey dripping in gold, honey dripping in black with a gold highlight, a bumble bee stripe, honey comb with highlight all over a French manicure with "bee" yellow! I highly recommend Bay Nails of Pasadena. I make an appointment for my mani pedis, and they also accommodate walk-ins. I hug Kathy every time I see her, and when I leave; she's that kind of warm person. Isabel was also kind and a great conversationalist.

I really have to say that I never write reviews but after even telling the tech I didn’t like it , I didn’t like the acrylic nails job I got done yesterday at Bay Nails. I think this is the worst nail salon I have ever been to get my nails done. The polish was bad quality and the tech skip so many spots which make my nails looking really messy everywhere . I’m afraid to show this nails in public , they don’t look smooth at all. On top of that she put too much acrylic on my nails making them very thick and uneven in certain areas. Also the tech didn’t cover with acrylic the whole nail space which makes my real nail to show on the corners. I was hoping to have beautiful nails for my trip but it just didn’t happen.

I want to start off by saying that since moving down here from NYC, I have tried plenty of nail salons. Of all the places I’ve been to, Miss Kathy and her team are hands down the absolute BEST! From impeccable customer service the moment you walk through the door, to great nail work. You will not be disappointed. They treat you like family and actually remember your name, your likes and dislikes after being a frequent customer which is one of the things I love most. Definitely give them a try if you haven’t already. Thank you guys for being so great at what you do! ??
