The facility itself is absolutely beautiful — clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. It’s clear that great care has gone into creating an inviting atmosphere. While the overall service wasn’t horrible, there was a noticeable absence of genuine customer service. Inquiries made by guests should be welcomed as a sign of engagement, not treated as inconveniences. Asking a question does not always imply dissatisfaction — often it’s simply a desire for clarity or deeper understanding. Unfortunately, responses at times felt dismissive rather than helpful. With a space this lovely, enhancing the human element through more attentive and responsive service would truly elevate the experience. There’s so much potential here — it just needs to be matched by the same level of care in customer interaction.

The work they do is amazing. But the owener did my nails i got gel nails with chrome and the gel was going over my cuticles. She kept making excuses and while another nail texh was doing my pedicure ( found out it was her daughter) she saw my nails and fixed them with no questions. The work is amazibg and i will be going back. She also took her time doing my feet and all i purchased was the basic pedicure which was $25. This was the best $90 ive spent at a nail salon.

I had a funeral to go and was close by here, everything was going well up until my pedicure guy was messing up on a basic French tip, I respectfully let him finish as I guided him and even took the brush because boy what are you doing??????? and then I get to the counter to pay and they say $55 dollars when I clearly asked the technician for a price sheet in the beginning and pointed to $35 dollar pricing which is what I normally pay at my regular place, howeverrrrrrrr once at the counter the guy handling the register says $55 and I look at him and say no, ????$35 and then some lady who does nails at the first desk came to intervene and I told her and everyone else that I picked the $35 dollar price and they say well the man did “gel” polish and the $55 dollars special and I said “but I never mentioned anything about gel, because I don’t need it, ever nor did I mention a $55 price because I know what I get every time I go. So then it becomes a big commotion and the lady that walked up on me told the guy to take the polish off and then I looked the technician in his face as he took my polish off and asked him “did you hear me say “gel” out of my mouth and this man told me “yes” I like to fell out because why would you lie ????????????long story short I got this ugly hot pink on my toes, I was out of coordination and I was pissed but I’m still blessed and highly favored and flavored and ofc I told them I wasn’t paying for something THEY WANTED TO DO……??????
