Elegant Nails

I usually don't leave negative reviews but holy crap! Worst experience in a salon ever. I made my appointment for 1:00 pm. I got there early to pick out a color. I was not seated until 1:32pm which I was fine with. Whatever. But the work that was done was horrid. I went in to get a full set of acrylic gel nails. I sat down with a man who I found out is the owner of the salon. I felt good about that since it was a new salon for me. He did great with removal but that's about it. He cut up my cuticles pretty bad with a drill. I wanted a square shape. No rounded edges. Well I have rounded edges, the acrylic is not filed smoothly. The nail polish is bubbly and he didn't even clean up the acrylic around my fingers or under my nails. Each nail is shaped differently. He charged me $50 for the crap work he did. I didn't wanna pay that but I did bcuz I was so mad I had to GTFO there. Luckily I'm going to be able to file them down and do the square shape I asked for. I'm very upset with how he did my nails. I can't believe how bad they are. I will not be returning or suggesting them to anyone.

I live in West Woodburn on the other side of the freeway. There are several nail salons on the west side however the one that I’ve tried I did not care for and the reviews I found on Google show too much of a gap between the fresh set and the base of the nail at all the salons on the west side. Looks as if they’re going to need a fill in a weeks time instead of 3 weeks. But I read a review from a regular customer at Elegant Nails in the Safeway shopping center. And her nails looked great. I was impressed how perfect they looked and how snug to the nail bed they were. she showed pics from several different visits which showed the consistency of quality every time. She recommended Myle. He is the owner and has been at this location for many years and has lots of experience that shows in his work. I made an appointment with for three weeks ago for a new set and another couple of technicians did my pedicure. I was totally impressed with all my nails I returned today for a fill. I’ll post a pictures. They look great. I highly recommend this place.

I called them at 3:30 and asked if they had any open appointments for a new full set. The owner/manager Myle said that I could either come in then or at 4. I went in at 4, was seated immediately, and was taken care of by Annie. This was my 3rd or 4th time coming here, last time I went, I took my disabled mother (who is in the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s) and Annie did her nails and toes for her. She was so incredibly great with my mom, really patient and kind, and did an amazing job. Because of this, I had a feeling that she would also do a good job with my nails. I was very happy with the job she did. I got my nails coffin shaped, and she did a great job in the shaping. She was very efficient and I am so happy with the way my nails look. I kind of have big fingers, and the way she did my nails, my fingers don’t look as manly as they normally do. Will definitely be back.

Myle is amazing!! My nails are always gorgeous and done exactly the way I like them.

I dont usually do reviews but I had to leave a review of elegant nails. They gave me the perfect nails for me. Perfect color, perfect length for me since I do alot of typing and perfect color. I loved going here and will be going back!!
