Miranda's Bakery

I wanted to find a bakery that delivered and they delivered in every aspect of the word. I called from California to place an order. Giselle was awesome. She was very responsive when I first communicated through their social media platform. Once she established the process, we spoke on the phone. I sent her all the information and proceeded to place the order. The cake was delivered in a timely manner. She also went above and beyond to ask if I wanted her to write a personalized message on the box. They truly brought the inspo to life on the cake design. The recipient of the cake said it was a solid 10/10. It was moist and very tasty. All the flavors (vanilla cake with strawberry filling) blended well together. If you have not been to this bakery, don't miss out on this gem.

Grab a tray and tongs from the counter and start filling it delicious Mexican pastries. The ones I bought were so fresh and tasty. They have a wide variety of yummy treats.

If you're in Woodburn and haven't visited Miranda's Bakery yet, stop what you're doing and go. Their bolillos stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeños are a revelation—crispy on the outside, warm and creamy on the inside, with just the right amount of heat. Pair that with their pan dulce, and you've got a match made in bakery heaven. But that's just the beginning. They also offer a variety of sweet treats like mil hojas cake and tres leches, all made with care and quality ingredients. The staff is friendly, and the bakery has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Oh my, if you haven't been to Miranda's you are missing out. They are so good and when in Woodburn it's a must to stop by. Our favorite is the muffins. Prices are so affordable.
