I have been seeing Rosie for over 10 years and she always does an amazing job. The salon is clean and comfortable. The massage chairs are great and the hot stone massage during my pedicure was amazing. Recommend for anyone in the area!

The ladies are always super friendly, and do a super job on your nails! I get the gel nail polish. And after more than 2 weeks, there's not even a single chip! They look like they did on the day I got them done! My ring fingers are just a little different than the others. ????????

I have came here a couple times to get my eyebrows waxed, but on tuesday i had came in to get a full set with gel. The shape of the nails were decent but when she put on the gel she had gotten it all over my fingers. While doing this she was calling someone (i believe her son) and arguing and seemingly ignoring my nails. she had messed up the nails and had to restart multiple fingers. everything was very rushed and she even had me put both hands in one small light to cure (very obviously rushing even though they were not closing for a couple hours). i went home and the gel was barely cured on a lot of parts of my nails and all of it was extremely bubbly and peeling off already. I had work the next 3 days and the polish was getting on anything it touched. i took a detailed video of them and filed the gel off in order to go to work. i just called the store and explained it all very kindly. simply asking for the gel to be redone and telling them i had videos but had to file off the gel because of how messed up it was. they laughed at me and said they cannot help me. i was understanding until i called them and they did not care whatsoever about their careless work. i don’t like to write reviews but i wouldn’t want anyone else to have to deal with this.

I liked going the first few times but I noticed they started to rush while doing my nails. As a newer business I do understand building clientele is important but so is making sure each customer is happy. My cousin just went there and had her nails taken off, they did not even soak them just started taking them off and literally ripped one of her actual nails off. If they paid more attention to each individual customer, I could say they do a great job.
