Heaven Nails & Spa

I have very short, thin nails that chip all the time. For years I’ve tried supplements, specialty creams, nail bed treatments, cuticle oils, etc. Today, after a particularly bad week of chipped nails and ripped cuticles I gave in and got a full set of nails. The lady who did my nails did a great job and I found out they do gel based nail extensions! They look and feel great so far. I even had a nice little shoulder massage and paraffin was treatment. They always do a great job here on my pedicures so I’m happy this worked out too!

I went into Heaven nails tonight with my daughter for a gel manicure appointment. I have been in before multiple times and had no issues. Tonight I was pretty bummed after my experience. We both got regular gel manicures (she is 9), and the gentleman told me that hers would be $25, mine was $30. Mine was normal gel, and came out fine. My daughters however - already chipping. The biggest frustration was that she was encouraged by the nail tech to choose a different color (the sparkles she had chosen wouldn't be bright enough), and after looking at the color books again- chose a pink "French manicure". Apparently this was a $10 upcharge but no mention of this until we went to check out. I was sitting next to her the entire time and this should have been mentioned when it was chosen. I wouldn't mind paying $35 for a gel manicure for her if it was done well, but it was just a solid line (one coat) and less than 3 hours later is chipping. I'm really disappointed in the quality of work and surprise price adjustment after it was done.

I have been going to Heaven Nails for over 2 years now. Daniel has always done the best job on my nails. He takes his time, is thorough, and is always willing to fix any imperfections. I am someone who likes to get different designs on my nails & they always look great. The environment is good, always clean, and the staff is friendly. I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done!

I struggled for years with bitting my nails and have gone to so many nail salons over the years looking for a salon who wasn’t rude to me about my nails. I appreciate that the owners don’t seem to allow much conversation amongst themselves. Fair prices and truly nice people. I highly recommend!

Don’t go to this place!!! The staff are rude and rushes their work but charge you the full price. One staff snatched the menu out of my hand and pointed for me to go to the chair. They clipped my nails and barely filed. If that wasn’t bad enough he repeatedly pushed my hands away when wanting me to change hands. I had to ask him if he could ask me instead. The pedicures and manicures my sisters and I received were super rushed. While they visibly took their time with everyone else. it was definitely coming off RACIST. At the end of the nightmare the lady asked my sister” is that all she was giving them for a tip”!! NEVER RETURNING this place should be call hell nails nothing heavily about it!!!
