Maiden Nails

I recently went here for the first time to get a pedicure. I have never had anyone be done with my pedi within 20 minutes. The lady didn't clip my toe nails because she said it wasn't necessary when I usually like to get them done short. She also didn't clean my feet and get the callus off because she said I didn't need it when I did. I have never had this kind of service at any nail salon. It has now been a week since i had my toes polished and already the polish is coming off. I would not recommend this place to anyone terrible service and the lady that did my toes was rude as well.

I have been going here for years, as does my family. Today was the first day I was disappointed in this spa. I was “up charged” $5 for “long nails” which I had never been charged for before. I have naturally nice nails and I like them medium length. I have never had an issues until today where they claimed it was tips and extra product was needed. My nails aren’t even that long and to charge someone for tips when it’s their actual nails… unacceptable. The pink is what I got last time with my natural length and dip with no issues, purple is what I got today, not to mention I had them cut down today too but those were more to have shorter?

Not my favorite salon experience :( I love trying out small businesses when I can but I will not be going back to Maiden Nails. The photos were taken right after getting home. Pros: guy who did them was very nice, only $45 for a mani and spa pedi Cons: cuticle got cut which made my nail bleed everywhere, polish was put on too thickly and not given a chance to dry between coats, some polish got on the skin around my nail, equipment and space in general could use a deep clean

My partner and I went here for pedicures and was super impressed by their work. Super friendly, efficient, massages felt great and pedicures turned out perfect.

Horrible experience here today. Had a french manicure fill done and felt like the entire process was rushed, nails are uneven, sloppy, and I walked out with gel stuck all around my nails. I even asked the service tech to paint the top of the of the nail white so they look good from all angles (as the techs do every time I get a fill - obviously don’t normally go here) and he refused. there is a massive lack of attention to detail and seriously disappointed in the service quality. Would not recommend. Find somewhere else to get your nails done.
