Nail Elegance

The staff were incredibly nice. They also do a brilliant job whether you are getting a manicure or pedicure. I would love to make this my new go to! The place was very clean. Although they may seem a little understaffed, that doesn’t stop them from pleasing their customers

I went there to get a fill in and a pedicure walked in in the guy said may I help you I told him what I needed. He looked at me and said we too busy right now and the place was not that busy. I felt a racist vibe because I’m black didn’t say you can come back later. Did not say we can schedule you nothing like that. They don’t have to worry about me ever coming back there.

I got a gel pedicure on april 22 so my toes would look nice for a trip to Mexico. We left april 26. On april 29 I looked down at my toe and the whole polish had come off in one piece. I find some nail glue and glue it back on. The next morning it was off and so was another one. I had 4 come off so I just removed them all. I was able to liftthe polish off. I caked today and told them it only made one week. He said ok. I said we'll could I get a discount on the next one. He told me I should have come back in as soon a it happened. I said I wouldn't have been able bc I was in Mexico when it happened. By the time I was so angry that I said I was done. I definitely won't go back there and I would not recommend them to anyone

Amber and her husband did an amazing job on mine and my sister’s nails! We made an appointment one week prior, and when we showed up we were serviced immediately. All of our nails looked fantastic and were done in a timely manner! We love going to Nail Elegance!

I'm not a person to get my nails done. The last time I had my nails done was about 3-4 years ago until today. They were so kind and gentle unlike the other nail salons I went to in the past. They did exactly what I wanted and my design the lady did without a picture because I didn't have one and I loved what she did.
