Artist Nails

The first time I came here a few weeks ago and I had Megan and I got the chrome nails first. (Paid $80) They were a bit messy on the outside around the nail when they were finished but they cleaned up well the following days and wasn’t an issue for me at all and I really liked them. They lasted about 3 and a half weeks. Could have been longer but my nails were growing quite a bit. Today I went back for a fill and to get a new shape and design (paid $72 this time). This time I had Amrita(?). Both times I came out loving my nails. They both gave me exactly what I wanted and worked hard to find the exact colors that were in my inspo photos I showed them! Even if they weren’t exact colors we found what could work and I appreciate that! Both girls did a great job both times! Thank you!

Artist Nails do the best job with nails that I have ever had done! Quenni does amazing every time and makes sure you are happy with what you get! Everyone there is very welcoming and takes their time!

I’ve never had a problem here before until today. I got 2 pedicures. One for me and one for my friend. They were wonderful. Then.. I got my nails done. I said multiple times I did NOT want acrylics and that I wanted a manicure. The nail tech clipped my nails anyway and to the nub. I said infront of multiple people I did not want acrylics and I wanted a manicure that’s why I grew out my nails for so long. Then I was talked to like I needed to communicate better. I think there was some miscommunication but definitely not on my end. I did not get a discount and am pretty upset about how much I was asked to pay for the nails. Especially when they got botched. I will not be returning again.

My mom n I went in on Mother’s Day to get our nails done my mom went back in two weeks later and just wanted them to repaint them so they did. They didn’t do very well and the owner yelled at the lady doing my moms nails and at my mom bc originally my mom wanted the tips taken off but changed her mind bc it would only be a couple dollars more to keep the tips on so that’s what she did and owner freaked out on her employee and my mom bc she had changed her mind to leave the tips on. Im not really sure why she was so rude this time I have always had a good experience in there but im not very happy in how they treated my mom n her own employees it’s rude and disrespectful!
