My Karak Chaai

Lovely open plan shop. Nice and spacious. Not claustrophobic. There's plenty of seating and amazing decor. Ordered 2x karak chai and 2x milk cake. All were fresh and tasted delicious. Tea was nice and hot, milk cake was so lovely. But only downside; they're a bit pricey. Paid almost £20 for my meal.

The atmosphere here is quite nice. Plenty of seating and it doesn't feel claustrophobic in terms of the tables being too close to each other. I ordered a Mint Tea and was a bit disappointed with the fact that it was just a peppermint tea, not an Arabic mint tea, ie black tea with mint leaves and sugar. The tea was delivered without a stirrer or sugar sachets, so I had to ask for some. I received them speedily so that was alright, thank you Karak Chai staff! The takeaway drinks came in lovely cups with a beautiful design! My friend ordered a doughnut with white and dark chocolate sauce. She said it was quite warm but it felt like it was warmed up in a microwave, however tasted nice. Our friends ordered the Karak chai and they liked it very much!

I went there with my family, the tables were okay but the floor and washrooms were extremely dirty. The coffee and chocolate fudge cake were okay, the chai was amazing! The donuts were nice and warm. The milk cake unfortunately had gone bad and everyone could smell the foul odor as soon as lifting the lid so we swappedit with gulab jaman. Might not go back again.

Had shami burger, best in town , also tried their fresh home made parathas10/10 , desi nashta , girl name Soudi become a good friend because her customer services is the best of all in there , i always come back for her and obviously food xxx samosa chaat ????

The entrance door always remain unnecessarily open so in winter it doesn’t stay warm inside. Please do something about it. Apart from this, food were amazing.
