Cha Cha Chai

We visited Cha Cha Chai to try a few new additions to their menu. We reached at around 4.30 pm and the restaurant was already getting busy. Russel was the server and was so humble. We tried their Strawberry cup with brownie and nutella and another strawberry cup with kunafa and pistachio sauce which had the perfect crunch. We then ordered their freshly baked Kinder Cookie dough and red velvet cookie dough pie and they serve 5 different kinds. They have launched a wide range of hot chocolate and matcha from which we tried their Strawberry Matcha and Lindor Hot Chocolate which was actually Yummm. Next we tried warm churros with chocolate sauce and their snickers brownie try. By now we were sugar high so we ordered a chicken club sandwich and grilled chicken pasta which was saucy, messy and filling. Finished with San Sebastian cheesecake which was smooth like silk. The owners and staff are so hospitable. They are open 4pm -4am until end of Ramzan. Do visit and try their new menu.

First time visiting, will def be back. Amazing friendly, helpful staff and DELICIOUS food!!! Hot chocolate was divine! Can’t wait to try the milk cake. Was spoilt for choice. Lovely atmosphere, lovely decor simply all round a fabulous place to eat. Can’t wait till next time.

Always get a tea from here and never disappoints, only problem is that it is normally for takeout as it’s crammed inside and there’s never anywhere available to sit as all the tables are occupied. Ordering at the till is somewhat of a pain, nothing to do with the staff but if you’re waiting for your order, you’re stood on the side and getting risked of getting pushed and shoved as there’s a massive queue and other people are waiting too for their order. If it was more spacious, it would be amazing. Staff are lovely whenever I visit. And please, turn on the air conditioning when your shop is full!

Really good place really recommend. Got the crunch cake and the normal Matilda cake there 10/10 highly recommend.

The milk cakes was just top end.. used to be cheaper before but again got 5 yesterday and want more. Good customer service... good communication and the place was packed. Clean in general.. if you drop them back to £3.50 in the plastic container I'd buy more.. don't need fancy containers.
