MS Beauty Nails and Spa

I've been going to this salon for 3 years. They are clean, polite and efficient. The best thing is that they have staff that are consistent and I have never had a bad service.

I genuinely love this place so much I love the people and how well they do nails but I can’t get over how much they charge. I once got a brand new full set of acrylic with design plus gel on my hands and toes and only paid 70 dollars, but went and just got gel polish on my hands and toes for my friend and I and paid 117. I would understand if it was with acrylics but gel?? The lady doing my friends nails also cut her multiple times leaving her bleeding.

I have finally given up on this place. Due to it's convenient location for me I've visited 4-5 times over the past year with the belief that next time would be better. After todays visit I'm convinced that will not happen. Paid for a "Deluxe pedicure", their words not mine. The chair did not work properly and it was the absolute worst pedicure ever. I have always left 25-30% tip, maybe hoping the next time would be worth their prices. I complained to the lady still working on my friend who did not get the "Deluxe" to no avail. When I went to pay my attendant appeared from the back to get paid. I left her no tip and told her why. She offered no solution. I went home and used my wal mart pedi supplies.

They are a great nail place! Missy does a great job on my nails Everytime! I wish I knew the ladies name that's been doing my pedicures cuz the massage is amazing!

Experienced the worst manicure/pedicure ever here today. Not only was I cut and bled 3 times, nails were not filed evenly, were still rough, polish applied way too thick and fast, which created air bubbles and would not dry. Spent almost $200 for myself and my granddaughter. Will not return.
