Phenomenal - 5/5 absolute must try! If you're anywhere in the vicinity of Knoxville, you owe it to yourself to stop by this place. Make sure to check the hours and go early, since they do sell out of things. You'll have to wait probably 10-15 minutes depending on the line, but the reward is arguably one of the best breakfast biscuits you can find.

If you want a hot, fresh, delicious homemade biscuit sandwich made with passion eat here! This one man operation is def one to support. It's a friendly small shop that has exactly what you want from a savory breakfast. My wife loves her garlic cheddar biscuit with sausage and cheese. She kept showing me the cheese pull :) I had a classic biscuit with sausage, egg, and cheese w/ crispy bacon. It was so good. On top of that, dude makes a tasty latte. As this is a small shop, show up early because the biscuit types will sell out. We want to come back and try the blueberry biscuit! Do yourself a favor, support a small business, and grab a delicious biscuit sandwich!

SOOOOOO delicious!! My son and I stopped here for breakfast and had today's special (garlic biscuit with egg and bacon) and it was the best breakfast we've had so far during our 5 day stay in Knoxville! The owner was friendly and helpful and the vibe was great!
