Last time I was here, the experience wasn't the best due to a bug in my frozen drink. But I came here recently and they seem to have gotten better, I did not order a frozen drink but a regular one and it was good. The atmosphere was good, DJ was good, food was good. Recommend. But if you are looking for a quiet dinner...Go Sun-Thurs, Friday and Saturdays have a DJ and karoke.
It was a slow Friday evening. I enjoyed a large blue Margarita that was so strong. I loved the flavor. I sat at the bar and was served by a middle age bartender, she was nice and very good at her job. I ordered a tacos salad and it was delicious. I couldn't finish it and took it home , it stays good even when you take it home. I was immediately greeted by the staff . I will be back it was a nice environment. There was a TV to watch and a back patio with a live DJ . The dj starts around 7ish.
First, I understand this restaurant is still recovering from the covid-19 lock downs which shut this place down for several months so they are in the recovery from losing staff. That said, the staff/waitresses seemed nice and helpful enough but the food and or dish I ordered was not up to par. I ordered a Enchilada Supreme dish which had 1 chicken enchilada, 1 beef enchilada and 1 cheese enchilada. The dish was supposed to have "shredded" lettuce and diced tomato's on it but when I received the dish at my table the dish was drowned in broken pieces of lettuce. Not shredded as I was told it would have. In fact the dish was drowned in broken up lettuce. On to the enchilada's. They seemed a bit over seasoned. The only reason for my detailed critique of this restaurant is because this place has written in large letters on it's entrance door "Best Mexican Food In Town". I would expect with that kind of self advertisement this place would actually serve the best Mexican food in town. It's not. It's was ok but not the best. Seemed to be not much care in the way the dish was put together. Again, this place seems to still be in recovery from the covid-19 lock downs, so I will give it another chance at a later date to see if the food is better than this time.
It’s their last day of them being open and they are advertising .75 cent wings and I called and placed an order for 16 wings and she told me the the total was 19 dollars. I calculated it and it should be around 12 maybe 13 with tax, so I call back and she said because of taxes and the 2 dollar to go fee. So the taxes in total is around 5 dollars??? It feels like the whole advertisement was a scam. Good owners but the place is shady and they still kept their perverted dj there after multiple complaints. Bye machos!!
Delicious Carne Asada tacos. ???? Newest dish added, Birria Tacos. You can also get Birria quesadilas.
