MAC's GRILL

I use to love coming here but sometimes the customer service is not good. The waitress with the dark ponytail and glasses is always sweet though. My last two visits weren’t good. I ordered bacon soft and it was burnt and this morning I guess it was a kid breakfast combo cause my grits were skimpy you could see the bottom of the plate. Seems two spoons and spreaded out. I know the plate felt light but I was grabbing to go cause of work so I didn’t check it.

Went here for breakfast and it didn't disappoint! There are no reservations nor is there a hostess stand, so you just show up and wait for an open table. They do get very crowded on Saturdays, so be ready to wait a bit during breakfast rush hour. There is a covered front porch area with some rocking chairs to enjoy while you wait. I tried the country fried steak - two egg breakfast (comes with hash browns or grits & toast or biscuit). I also ordered a side of sausage (MY FAVORITE PART). The food was delicious. Hash browns weren't my favorite, but still good. Will definitely be coming back & trying everything on the menu!! They also have a walk-up window where you can order to go.

It’s usually great food but today wasn’t that good. The city ham was dried out. The eggs were runny so I sent them back. The peppered gravy was bland. It was my first time trying the gravy. Denise is the best waitress. They don’t take cards. Cash or checks only

They only accept Cash or Check! Awesome food! Had the hamburger steak meal and country fried steak with onion gravy. ???? The Slaw, fries, and onion rings are delicious!

I sat for 45 minutes after ordering food and got nothing. Small place so they should be able to manage. And they weren’t even full
