Los Panchos catered my daughter's wedding at Fall Creek Falls for 150 guests this past Saturday and it was amazing!!! Alex, his family, and his staff made everything so easy. The food was delivered at exactly the time it was promised. Alex was always helpful and available every time I had a question. And the food for our fajita bar was so delicious. We had more than enough and people came back for seconds and thirds. It was just that good! Heck, I've eaten it 3 more times since we've been home from the wedding. First time diner. Decor is a bit dated and showing wear. Wait staff was friendly but kind of slow. Our table had the fish tacos, which were seasoned and cooked well. Also had the cheese enchiladas which were also good. Overall the food was decent but the atmosphere and service pulled the experience down.

Food was really good. The service was really friendly. I would go here again.

So food 1st,,I had a chli Releno, taco and cheese enchilada, everything was edible. The crispy taco was very bland with I think pre-made shells,the enchilada was skimpy on cheese and sauce which made it dry,and the releno really literally a green chli with some cheese in it and sauce on it,not dipped in a egg batter and fried like expected, basically a steamed chli with a smattering of cheese. The rice was so so. The beans had a great flavor. While a lot of mistakes were made on the order the server was attentive and corrected the mistakes quickly. Overall the area doesn't have a lot of options so if your in the area go ahead and eat there but don't go out of your way to go there.

There are far better restaurants that are way cleaner and properly managed. I do not suggest anyone work there. Pay roll was hardly ever on time.they will try to call you in on your day off constantly & get nasty when you tell them no.alex is a catty little girl and this post will likely trigger his paranoia. They also pay under the table. So im positive there is a bunch of back taxes that he owes Bledsoe county.when i was there he had us "fix the roof" almost none of us had abc licenses and he would buy cheap liquor from a local store and pour it in the more expensive bottles.
