Libby's Lodge Restaurant

I had heard a lot of good about this place so I decided have lunch there. They actually have 2 spots for candy camp parking. No sign so other people park there. When I asked about it, I was told the sign blew away. But I noticed there's no rush to put another one up. Being handicapped, that makes a difference to me. I sat down and was waited on. And ordered a 3 slider hamburger with fries. Hamburgers were good. Service was okay. Did not like the French fries as they are the greasy kind. I noticed there was an air of blah. Some might like this and some may not.

Truly a awesome hometown restaurant!! Food was excellent. Waitress was so friendly. Very clean. Beautifully decorated. Price was very reasonable. It would cost a lot more somewhere else for not as good quality. I would ???? percent recommend & most definitely will be back!! Thanks Y'all ????

We stopped for breakfast before our 9 hr drive home to PA. Seat yourself. It's a small place so you won't be missed. Food came quick and it was good. We don't have good biscuits and gravy in our area so this was wonderful. We had it a couple of places during our visit to TN but these were the best out of what I had. I have not had biscuits and gravy before this trip. My husband has though. He liked these best out of the places we visited as well. Staff was nice and service was pretty fast.

Walked in to only one clean table, granted there was people walking out as we arrived and it is small, my disappointment is that after setting we (my wife and I ) was tossed menus and told we’d be helped in a minute then the lady walked to the bar and returned immediately asked what we’d have to drink and if we are ready to order? Before I could speak is given the option of 3 options to choose from didn’t even get to open the menu to look! the lady that was serving was not friendly At All didn’t feel welcome either and I’m not sure if I’ll even give this restaurant another try. Definitely will not recommend to anyone. Good sweet tea and the fries are pretty good as well other than that the food is average

Where do i begin... Pros: the bacon was good Con's: Service took over an hour with 5 people in the kitchen. One waitress, doing her best, but their friends' orders (who came in after us) got their food before us. The biscuit gravy was sour, the soda machine broke, the hash browns were just soaked in grease and soggy. The sour dough bread was not toasted at all, just laid in grease on the griddle. The eggs were overcooked and we had to ask for silverware after our food came out. $20 for food we didn't even eat. DO NOT EAT here
