Moved new to the area and was looking for a new nail place to establish. They say 3x is a charmer. Only went back the 2nd time since my daughter had a great experience the first time. First experience was horrible. The nail tech took 3 hours for a mani pedi gel. Then I asked for white and white and no one new what I meant and the one that spoke for everyone there was extremely rude. Second try I went they where going to give me the last person I had and then when I spoke up about it, mentioned my last experience starting talking in front of me another language besides English. If you want to talk among yourselves in a different language besides English that is fine, but is very uncomfortable and rude. When the discussion is going on after a complaint from a customer, Since they are short staffed, I had to wait , gave me another person that changed a better presentation. 3rd time around asked for the same person and all went well until I paid. Over charging me for what was done and could not be clear on what I was being charged for. I love doing my nails and do not mind to pay what I pay to get done. But when I know for a fact I am being over charged I said no more . I have done the same nails as I always have . I am done, she said am sorry … I said , I am the one that is sorry. I came here 3x giving this business an opportunity to gain another long term customer and I am done. You and I know you have overcharged me.
I have been going to Le Nails for over 26 years when it was in the old mail ( Houston Medical) on North Houston Rd. Linda and all her staff are super amazing and all do a fantastic job!! They are very professional and a super clean environment!! Snow does my nails and I’m never disappointed She tell me to pick a color and I let her choose everything else ! I love Le Nails!!????
For my first time coming here I will not be coming back! They were very rude, and my nails weren’t the same shape nor length. Def wouldn’t recommend.
Ok... it's 7/1/2023. I just walked into this shop needing 1 nail fixed. A layover and THEY declined service. They could have charged $10 or $15... i would have paid it. And if you were good. You would have gained a client. How are you to gain new customers doing poor customer service.
The atmosphere is so cozy, the owners are professional & very kind and more than accommodating. I would not trust any other salon with my nails. They always deliver and do a beautiful job. They have the best customer service....out of every salon I've tried. I live 40 minutes away and it is more than worth the drive and gas to get my nails done right ? ????????
