Ocean Spa

I don't know who the owner/manager of this place thinks she is. She wants to force customers to leave a "minimum" of $10 tip (25% of the cost) since when tip is mandatory and the owner dictates the amount?? She is rude, aggressive, and demanding. I can understand now why they changed the name of the place from Ocean Spa to Glendale Massage...to make reviews disappear and to jump the price from $25 to now $40.

Be aware that if you get a massage and dont tip at least $10, they will gang up on you and even follow you to the restroom to deman a minimum tip of $10. The lady in the front is very rude and unprofessional. Fresh of the boat and has no clue what service is.

Zero stars. My wife bought me a gift certificate for a foot massage. When I finally tried to use it they tried to tell me it had expired. After arguing with the lady and trying to explain to her that gift certificates can not expire, she wanted me to pay $10 more dollars because the price had gone up! I told her the certificate says a foot massage not that it's worth a dollar amount. Totally illegal practices. Their massages are not even that good so I left.

I enjoy Chinese massage over Swedish. It's not a very private place. Not all of the therapists are great, but I give 5 stars for the few who did a great job. It's a low priced place, so I'm not holding the standard to a place that charges 2-3 times the price. Good place to get a massage when you're on a budget

I have been to ocean spa for years. I was really disappointed when i had one more stamp to go to get a free massage. My niece and I both went. When it was time to pay I have her my card to stamp and she went and stamped over the last 2stamps I already had. So basically got taken for my free massage. I asked why she did that? She just started arguing loud in her language to the workers. The whole time we where getting massaged she would not shut up. She kept talking to the man working on me. I don't know what she told him , all I know I came out feeling much more tense than when I got there.
