I got a pedicure done here yesterday. It was my first ever pedicure and I am 90% sure they took advantage of that. I walked in and said I’d never had it done before and wanted a manicure and pedicure and asked if they took walk-ins. They walked me right over to a chair for pedicure. The guy shoved a menu in my face but only let me look at these two pages so I thought they were my only options. He kept pushing me to the one on the left. It was $60. I thought okay that seems a bit expensive but I don’t know what it should cost. I also got gel polish done. So an hour later, when I think I’m going to get the manicure portion, he rushes me out and is waiting at the checkout and I see a total of $85. That is crazy! But I just accepted it and tipped 20% anyway, not wanting to know how much it would’ve cost to add a manicure. I also noticed my receipt said just “additional charge”. So I have NO clue what I paid for. That is really not cool to do to customers. I also looked at my toes more closely when I get home and that’s when I saw how sloppily done they were. And he cut off way more of a couple of my nails than he should’ve making them look uneven and weird. I could have done a better job myself and i already do when I do my own nails at home. Overall, felt like a scam and a ripoff :(
I paid $75 for a pedicure and didn’t even get the full service! The tech cut me twice, polished in the middle of the pedicure, didn’t do the scrub, stones, hot towel nor hot wax but wanted to do it AFTER I was polished. Not only that, the polish wasn’t straight and the nails are crooked! There’s polish all over my toes. I’m literally never EVER returning
The service I received was good. I got a really nice pedicure with a pair of wax with hot stones, it was very nice. I enjoyed the fact that they did take their time when doing my pedicure so it wasn't a rush job. Now the reason why they got 3 stars. The customer service is very lacking within the salon. I was greeted when I came in but I was rushed out the door without even getting a receipt after I paid. when I was getting my pedicure nobody spoke to me. The water was really hot and I had to keep stating that the water was hot before someone came who spoke English and understood what I was saying. when I went to get my eyebrows wax I waited while the ladies chatted inside of the room that I did not find to be very professional at all. I understand that women have their time with a month and even speaking in a different language I am familiar enough to know what they're discussing. It's just not a conversation that I felt was appropriate and I did not feel like I was valued as a customer.
I’ve been to this salon several times. I use to get a pedicure and eyebrow wax but the girl who I liked to do my pedicure left, so I stopped getting a pedicure there. I went this past Saturday to get my eyebrows waxed and they are good. I asked the tech to do cluster lashes, she told me she had a $45 set and $65. I went with the $65 and what a complete waste of money. It’s Monday and the lashes are pretty much gone. I will never get lashes there again and honestly are advising that if you’re reading this considering, you shouldn’t either.
Got my nails done here today. The guy who did my acrylics did a great job trying to match the design i wanted to what he could do. Pedicure was good. Only issue was several employees made me uncomfortable by continuously asking if my son was a boy or girl and bringing other employees over to ask as if my son was some sort of display.
