From the salsa to entrees - everything was seasoned nicely and flavorful. Love that they have lunch specials every day. Drink specials, too. After asking for whole chips, the server’s attitude changed. We shouldn’t have received broken chips/ bottom of the bag crumbs first thing in the morning. - literally their first customer. Other than that, really delicious food and decent serving sizes. I know it’s weird – but I love the restrooms.

We’ll be back! My Fiance and I each had our own lunch fajitas and our son had a kids quesadilla. With a 25% tip we still left under $50. Fantastic value and a fun atmosphere. Brenda gave us great hospitality. Thanks for having us!

Since the new ownership, we have been less than impressed with most everything we have been served. We frequent the restaurant and loved going when Raul, Jorge, Michelle, and Alex were there. They always were very on top of things and served us well. With the new ownership, it seems like there is a combativeness with the staff on most everything. We are not "karens" but we do have special requests and previously, they were fulfilled without even being asked. Now, its like pulling teeth to have anything different than what the menu offers. We truly used to LOVE Lalo's, but I think we will be going elsewhere from now on for a good Tex-Mex menu.

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed. I ordered fajitas and pollo loco to go, plus what was supposed to be a large guacamole. What I got was a tiny scoop of guacamole that definitely didn't match "large." And to top it off, they completely left out the flour tortillas, which meant I had to waste almost half an hour driving back to pick them up. By the time I got home again, I had to reheat everything, and of course, reheated fajitas just aren't the same. While the food is tasty and the staff is friendly, they have a real problem getting orders right. If they want returning customers, they need to step up their accuracy. I appreciate the reply to the review. My wife and I will try your facility again in the future.

This is one of the worst Tex-Mex places in the county. A group of 6 adults came to eat at 5:00 on a Friday night. The place was empty - I should have taken that as a sign that they’re not good at what they do. 6 adults = 2 baskets of chips & four 1oz “bowls” of salsa. Laughable as the poor waiter took away the TEN empty 1oz bowls then finally brought us a decent sized bowl of salsa. I ordered a large queso & they brought out about 1/2 cup serving size & wanted to charge me $13.99 - sent it back. Service was mediocre; at least they somewhat tried. Atmosphere - music was too loud & the chairs are horrible. You sit at a 90° angle in a somewhat padded wooden chair - horrible on my back. I ordered the enchilada platter with extra gravy & fresh jalapeños on top. When the food came out, I was handed another 1oz bowl of gravy & a 1oz bowl of fresh jalapeños then it took them TEN MINUTES to bring out my enchiladas. TEN MINUTES & the extra gravy was already cold. Enchiladas were bland & flavorless so I added enough salt & to give it some flavor then ate them. When I got the receipt, it even said extra gravy and jalapeños on top… Where is the disconnect? We came to this place once back in April then tried it again today and will never come back. I urge everybody to run away as they still have signs of the say under new management. The new management needs to be fired and the owners need to go find something else to do Instead of running a restaurant.
