Jalapenos in The Alley

Haven't been to this place in years. Decide to stop by for lunch before work to grab a small entree. I usually get the Nacho supreme and cheese dip on side. The waiter was very polite and entertaining. My sweet tea was too sweet ( way pass sweet) and I return it for lemonade. The lemonade was watered down and I return it for water. The waiter didn't mind at all making my order just right. When my food came out it looked decent. The food wasn't as hot as my coworkers food. As I am observing the plate I notice chucks of chicken instead of shredded in my nachos. Instead of making another complaint; I ate what I could and still tip the waiter. Not sure I'll be back at this.

Family-owned Mexican place. We dined outdoors and the atmosphere was great! Fast service. The food was good but not great (my steak was a little fatty.) And the salsa was a little too soupy.

I was greeted with a basket of chips and salsa. The salsa was just right consistency for me, saucy and chunky. Very tasty! This was in “The Alley. Love the atmosphere! All the servers brought a big sombrero for a little girl for her birthday and sang her happy birthday. So festive! The server recommend the dish I had queso flameado. It was delicious! It is served with rice and refried beans and 3 warm tortillas. I ate one and bundle up 2 to take with me.

The food was average. The customer service was excellent along with the atmosphere.

The food was good but our waiter kept messing up our ticket. We had to get it corrected 3 times. Other than that everything was good. I ordered pollo loco and a margarita but I suggest you get another shot in the margarita.
