La Hacienda Restaurant and Supermarket

Random opinion on the internet here but I’m throwing this out there. The best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever had! Awesome food. I hate to tell everyone because the locals already know. I show up at 6p on a Tuesday and I’m waiting in line outside the restaurant with fellow locals. Fresh food. Nice atmosphere. Amazing deal! Visit the Market to get fresh marinated meats to make yourself at home!it’s been decades since I’ve seen Coca Cola in 2L or 3L bottles. But to see sugar Coca Cola. That’s a rare treat. Edit. I’m back again and tried the carnitas with molcajete. OmG. Amazing Food. I’m ready to slap someone’s mom.

Authentic Mexican and great daily specials. Very affordable - we love Taco Tuesdays. They don’t have a liquor license is the only con for this place but if you like a good beer or sangria or wine then you are all set! The food is worth skipping that margarita for (they do serve wine based margaritas I just don’t like wine margaritas) Give this place a try - I also like that they have a grocery store next door that is VERY clean and organized and has great prices as well!

Didn’t care much for the food. Price too high and lacked flavor. To whomever answered my review: I obviously hit a nerve with my review, but you did entertain it didn’t you????? Well, 1st of all, I was just being honest. If you can’t take a few negative reviews then maybe you shouldn’t read them ?(´-?)? But seriously, I gave a ???? to a few of the other negative comments that you refuse to admit are there, just in case you really didn’t see them. I’m sure you, or whomever, received a notification of them. I do give bad reviews to the places I had bad experiences with & there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. If you care to know my hobbies, reach out to me and I can tell you what they are. You can’t seriously answer all the bad reviews the way you answered mine ???????????????because that’s not going to look good on your part, being the owner or whatever. Get well soon ???? (Forgot to mention that the price is too high for food that lacked flavor. I wouldn’t mind paying that if the food was good???????????)

Food is still affordable here, but is hit and miss. First time we ordered chicken tacos- too much meat that was tough and flavorless. Second time we ordered the steak fajitas- meat was again tough and seemed to be unwanted scraps (not really steaks). We love the chips and salsa though. Seems to be freshly made. Service is expected, nothing special but not bad. Unsure would come back which is too bad since our favorite laundromat is just next door.

Extremely busy for weekday lunch, but the best lunch special prices I have seen in a while. If you are traveling on 75 this is a great place to stop. The food was good, and the customer service was attentive.
