Called them out on my oil pan cover being missing. In return one stud was cut off, 2 wheel studs cross threaded on the other side which in turn snapped off when the wheel was taken off. They cut my axle & damaged the ball joint bushings. The owner Ken refused take accountability. & kept on blaming it on other things & playing the run around game like I’m stupid or something. My car wasn’t making any noises until they touched it. The car started making a loud crackling noise which was my axle they cut maliciously. SMH. I Had to go somewhere else to get it diagnosed & fixed because Ken said it was loose brakes which was unfounded & made no sense whatsoever because the brakes were new. Tried to charge me to check out the brakes. No thank you sir. Horrendous service. And about his warranty went to him multiple times to try fix the issues. Another issue arose every single time so what do you want me to do?

Ken's is fantastic. No sexist mechanics here - they explain everything and are fair in their pricing and always come through for us - even in a crisis. They keep my cars in tip top shape while also not trying to rake me over the coals in terms of pricing or overselling me something I can live without. My husband, son and I love them!

Kens is absolutely hands down the best shop I’ve been to. Customer service is 100/10, they treat you like family, prices are super fair and very transparent. I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
