Absolutely terrible experience. They charged me $45 to simply look at the car and provide a diagnosis of rear shock repair. Told me that they could not order the parts because it was a BMW and I needed to order the parts myself. When I asked for an itemized receipt with a specific part to order, they told me that they couldn’t provide me with one since they didn’t so anything. I absolutely do not recommend this mechanic to anyone.
I came here to get a 2nd opinion on a rotor/brake replacement. It turned out the dealership was right, I did need them replaced. The dealership was trying to charge me over 1200 dollars for full brake/rotor replacement. I ended up buying the front rotors/brakes myself from a different place but Central Auto replaced the back brakes/rotors (I bought these from them) and the front brakes/rotors. This came to about 530 dollars total! I bought the front stuff myself which was only about 250 so i saved almost 500 dollars here! Also, the woman who works behind the counter, (I believe she said she is the owner) is really nice and the guy who worked on my car was kind as well! Very good experience overall.
Came in to get state inspection and emission sticker done on 10/27/23 walked in at 8:26am and was out by 8:56am. Everyone was so nice and polite it was fast & quick service & was on $75.60 which was cheaper than other places I called will be back there next year.
DONT GO HERE!!!!! It was horrible???? they tell u one price on the phone then when u get there it’s higher and they charge $5 just to use a card. I came 2 weeks ago because my antifreeze was leaking and my car was over heating and while it was getting done they told I had a oil issue and all that needed to be done was a flush so it won’t leak anymore. It over headed a week later. I took it back and said y’all didn’t fix the problem and they told me no u only came for a oil change ??????????? because of their mistake of missing that, after me refreshing their memories, the antifreeze was not gonna be charged for me this was told to me on the phone. Then when I get there they wanted to charge me. Worst experience in my life.
Their mechanic isn't very good. They weren't able to diagnose the problem with my car after having it for over a week. The next mechanic I took it to said that the issue was obvious. Also, their mechanic is available only between Wednesdays and Fridays. So if he touches your car on Friday and you still have an issue with it, you gotta wait until the following Wednesday before he can check it out. And they're not cheap by any means. For what you pay you would expect way better.
