Kelly's Lock Overlook

It is beautiful! Found it cause my son was getting antsy in the car. Because it is cold and not overly large, we didn't stay for too long. I will definitely be making so to return in the winter, spring and summer.

Just for solace, Catalpa flowers on the ground, quiet water stream, over flying jets

An old filled in lock. A nice lookout over the river. A walking path connects to the next park up the river.

Beautiful family place! Keep eyes on kids, sometimes it carriles a lot of current!
