I had a car problem. I was out of town. I had to choose a mechanic with little local information. I trusted Jeff and I'm glad that I did. He made an estimate and ordered a part on one day. The next day he did the work quickly and charged me a smaller amount than the estimate. I am completely thrilled and would recommend him unreservedly to everyone.
Can't thank Jeff and Ray enough for getting our vehicle back on the road so we could continue our trip. We had an emission control sensor go. Jeff and Ray got the part in and had us fixed in no time.
Had a Jeep overheat on I49 n in Fayetteville around 7am. Found Jeff's Auto using a Google search, never dealt with him before but the reviews looked good. Asked if I had it towed to him, could he take a look? He said bring it on and recommended Broyles Towing (also great service). They showed up in under an hour and by 2pm Jeff had the Jeep repaired and ready to go. Great experience from Jeff's Auto Repair and Broyles Towing.
I drove my truck home early one morning and the radiator heater hose blew out, I fixed it myself but then started noticing that the oil pressure was too low, so I took it to Jeff's where I was told he would fix it the next day. He said if I bought my own parts it would save me money and he would still warranty it as long as he or his worker done the repairs. So I went to O'Reilly's and picked up a new high volume oil pump and a new oil pan gasket and a new oil sump screen/pickup tube. He had the truck over a week and each time I asked about it he would say maybe tomorrow. I drove by there and they had another truck just like mine sitting next to it. When I got the truck back and paid him an outrageous price I got to noticing that things were different, what had happened was they had used my truck for parts to fix up someone else's truck and never even fixed mine. The new parts were still in the cab, or that is what I thought... The oil pan gasket was the one I bought, but the pump and screen pickup tube was different so then I couldn't take it back to O'Reilly's to get money back. I took the truck to my buddy's shop and he tore apart the engine only to find nothing had been fixed, so where the hell is the high volume oil pump. I will never take anything to them nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. I have made a formal complaint to the BBB and to the Arkansas state attorney general.
Had Jeff work on my 2008 Ford F150. He did great work and got several long standing issues handled quickly. He also managed to find the source of an ongoing issue that I was unaware could even be fixed for a reasonable price. In the end his fair prices and fas service has guaranteed I will do business with him again.
