Injapan Steak House

First time here and will definitely be back. We read reviews and we were not disappointed. We got hibachi steak, shrimp, and chicken. The chicken was a little dry but the steak was amazing as well as the shrimp and vegetables. Of course the fried rice was so good, too. Our hibachi chef was very entertaining and made for a fun night. My daughter and I tried the sushi. It was very good and freshly made. The appetizer salad dressing was incredible. The flavor combinations and freshness was incredible. We came on a Friday night and had to wait about 30 minutes. Definitely worth the wait!

I got the Jiana roll and the lobster was fantastic. The portion size was so large that I had to share some with my partner. I’ve been going to InJapan for years and they never fail. Best sushi around and a humongous menu selection.

Way overpriced, we order the hibachi steak and shrimp combo. One with rice one with noodles they serve the cheapest shrimp you can buy and overcharge you for them. Also we ordered our steaks medium they were well done no seasoning very bland taste. I will not be returning this place it was my first and only time trying Injapan.

Thanks to our waitress, Bri, we know the margaritas are delicious. The soup and salad were tasty. We had raw and cooked sushi, both really good. The raw fish is fresh and tasty, not fishy at all. We also got steak hibachi with fried rice to go, and the flavors were amazing!

I mean... it's ok. I haven't really been thrilled with the food since new management took over. I didn't like that gratuity was included in the bill for a party of 5, even though I was likely going to tip more. The food is so inconsistent. It'll either be some of the best hibachi you've had or the worst. I mean, the sort of premium you pay for it leaves you kinda wondering what the fuss is all about. The sushi is ho-hum and the hibachi is mediocre. I'll still eat here from time to time, but I can make better food at the house. There's nothing unique about this place other than the overpriced meals.
