If It's Tails

I am a new customer to If It’s Tales and brought my two exotic cats here for grooming. My 32 pound Mainecoon and a Savannah cat. The groomers treated my cats wonderfully and were very patient. I had an easy time making appointments, the hours are great, the shop is cute, clean and decorated all in pink. You’re able to see through a door in the lobby to watch the groomers working with the animals. I watched them finishing up one of my cats on the table and the groomers were gentle and easy with him. They make it a low stress environment and everyone is so friendly. I will be a returning customer and I highly recommend them.

Great with my dog who is not the best with people other than our family. We always get the cut we ask for and they are very thorough with grooming as far as nail trim and ear hair removal. The only reason I can't give them a five star is because they're not open on Saturdays anymore and have cut their hours back so it's VERY difficult to get an appointment within a decent time-frame. You have to make your next appointment whenever you are picking them up from the current appointment to be able to get them in around 6 weeks. If you call to make an appointment, you should expect AT LEAST 8 weeks. That is the only drawback. Because I don't always know if I will be able to take him that far in advance and if you make an appointment and then have to reschedule, you are looking at another 6 weeks (if you're lucky). Otherwise I am very happy with this groomer.

This place is awful, I took my dog there and nobody fed her while she was there for 5 HOURS!.Not to mention that after the 5 hours she was not fed, when they finally decided to wash her they did not even cut her. Service was terrible and front staff are awful and rude. If they were charging 3 dollars then maybe that service would be partially acceptable, but for the price they charge it is NOT okay! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. If you have a dog do NOT take them here!

This is the best dog grooming in Chattanooga! So affordable and clean every time I come! Even when I was a tad late, they were very accommodating! Choose here!

I cannot say enough good things about the new changes I’m seeing here! Everything can always be improved. It just goes to show you don’t know what you don’t know until someone shows you. Living in a small town you get complacent with things just being “good” but in reality they can always be better. I’ve seen new techniques and products as well as treatment of my beloved pets. Knowing I have groomer who cares about my fur babies is all I could ever ask for. Thank you to the staff for putting in the work to evolve and learn and increase their training to ensure that all clients are given better than just good service. I was incredibly impressed in the knowledge of animal behavior and care that the new ownership has and is willing to share with us. 100% professional and trustworthy. I look forward to all that this lovely shop has to share with me and my pets in the future.
