Off the Farm Barbque

Tyler is awesome and the pulled pork was flavorful and memorable! Not only is he an expert in pork, but he was experimenting and had us taste shrimpalaya! Yes as wierd as it sounds it was amazing. We came upon them because our daughter was getting married in Tennessee and he catered the pork, beans, mash potatoes and all was simply put over the top. It was a hit. These 2 folks running this place are simply talented and the salt of the earth. As a New Yorker having owned many restaurants, I am very critical and hands down off the Farm Barbecue was 5 star!

A good place to get a meal in the Hixson area. Off the Farm Barbeque in Hixson, TN, is located on the south side of Dayton Pike road in a building shared with another business. There is not a large parking lot or a large inside eating are inside but don’t let that stop you. Their food is very good and they provided a wonderful experience for our recent event. Facing a tight schedule, we reached out to them with an early morning request for a large order. They opened their doors ahead of regular hours to accommodate our group and order. This level of customer service is truly commendable and speaks volumes about their dedication to their customers. Their genuine friendliness made the pickup process quick, smooth, and enjoyable. The food was excellent. The smoked meats were tender and flavorful. The beans were delicious. Each side dish complemented the mains perfectly. In my opinion, Off the Farm Barbeque has established itself as a great place for bbq in the local community. Their commitment to quality food and exceptional service is shown in their food and interactions. Overall, it was a very nice experience. For anyone in the Chattanooga area looking for good barbeque, Off the Farm Barbeque is a must-visit.

There BBQ is so tasty not over powering on the smoke flavor. The pork & chicken is delicious. Baked tater is yummy as well. Stop by an make this your take home dinner spot for the family or a picnic by the lake.

Tyler and his wife treat customers like family. The food is always amazing. Everything is good but the skillet corn and turnip greens are especially tasty. Try all of their daily specials for great meals that you will definitely enjoy.

We ordered our game day food today. Pork potato skins, bbq meatballs and smoked veggie beef soup. It was all delicious, but y’all that soup was amazing. So much so, I called back to tell them how much we loved it! Wishing I would have got more to take in my lunch next week!
