Quick review. I intend to update: I brought my vehicle in due to shaking during acceleration. I was told that the spark plug in cylinder 2 needed to be replaced and that, since the engine was already being accessed, all six spark plugs should be replaced. Trusting the mechanic's professional judgment and wanting to properly maintain my vehicle, I agreed. The repair did not resolve the issue and returned the following day. I was told the engine would need to be taken apart. At that point, I declined further work and decided to take the vehicle to the dealership, as it is a relatively new used vehicle (44,000 miles) and I no longer felt confident after being told the issue had been fixed when it had not. I also overheard one of the shop's employees state that "every vehicle fixed in the shop the day before was back the next day." The dealership just informed me that no spark plugs or coils were replaced and that all components are original. I am blown away right now. Based on this information, I will be pursuing this matter through the various agencies.

I went to Groveland Auto to look at purchasing a 2012 MINI Cooper Clubman S. It was an exceptional experience. 5+ stars! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner (Fadi) took the time to answer all my questions about the car. He gave us the keys and let us test drive it by ourselves, which I really appreciated. The car itself was exactly as advertised—clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition for its age. Everything about the vehicle was explained clearly and honestly. I really appreciated Fadi's transparency and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used car and great customer service.

I am proud to say Groveland Garage is the best! Fadi and his team takes care of all my vehicles. I have been going to Fadi ever since he started in Groveland Square, and has always treated me right. It's the only place I will ever go!

My review keeps being deleted if that lets you know anything about this place. I have never had such a horrible experience with a business I trusted with my car and money. If zero stars were possible, I would give them. I dropped my car off on Saturday, January 31 to have an exhaust leak fixed. On Monday, February 2, I received a call saying the car hadn’t been worked on yet and that it would not start. They suspected it needed a new battery. This was surprising but I told them to do whatever was necessary to fix the car. Three days later, on Thursday, February 5, they called to say the car was ready. They told me they had replaced the battery and the thermostat. When I arrived Friday afternoon to pick it up, the car was still up on a lift with the hood open and blocked in by four other vehicles. I was charged $1,288, which was later reduced to $1,240 after we noticed a double charge on the invoice. I also realized that the original issue — the exhaust leak — had not been addressed at all. When I asked Rick at the front desk about the exhaust leak, he said HE had driven the car and didn’t smell anything. This seemed impossible, as I regularly have to drive with the windows down because of the smell. As I was leaving, I asked a mechanic who was moving another car what he thought. He leaned into the window and immediately said he could smell the exhaust. About 15 miles into my drive home, my car began shaking and rapidly decelerating on the highway. I had to move into the breakdown lane, and the car would not go faster than 25 mph. I called the shop to explain that I had just picked up the car and was now broken down on the side of the road. I told them I would be towing it back. When I asked if anything could be taken off the bill since the car clearly wasn’t fixed properly, he hung up on me. Four days later, on Monday, February 9, I received a call saying the car needed a new water pump and that they could not perform the repair there. They said the only option was a dealership repair costing around $5,000–$6,000. They then told me I needed to remove the car or I would be charged storage fees. When AAA arrived to tow the car, I waited in the lobby with my mom and fiancé. The treatment we received was completely unacceptable. I asked if I could speak with the owner, Fadi, but he repeatedly walked past us without acknowledging us. Eventually he approached us, immediately speaking to my mother instead of me and interrupting her repeatedly. He insisted my car was junk and said they couldn’t fix it. As we tried to explain that we were simply confused about how we had paid over $1,200 for repairs on a car he now claimed was junk, he became increasingly hostile. This is when he comes and stand directly in front of me and says he can’t hear me well, so I repeat myself that I don’t understand how we paid and came to pick up a car they said was fixed but when it broke down that same day, they told me it was junk and unfixable by them. He then proceeds to interrupt me and say “I’m officially done.” But before leaving he comes back in front of me to say “Look at me, excuse me young lady, look at me.” And then said “Am I being stupid or dumb? Neither one. Im speaking loud and clear.” He yelled that his hearing aids were dead and that they were in his office, asked if he had made himself clear to me and walked out the door saying that he wasn’t dealing with this anymore. We were left sitting there completely mortified and in disbelief. The man at the front desk told us, “He’s just like that sometimes.” Once he heard that I had the entire interaction on video he came back and tried to offer me multiple services at a discounted price that I obviously declined. We were asked to wait at the convenience store next door for the tow truck. This entire experience was unacceptable — from the questionable repairs and charges to the completely unprofessional and aggressive behavior from the owner. I will never return, and neither will my family or friends. No customer should ever be treated the way I was.

I bought a 2014 Jetta GLI Autobahn from them a few weeks ago. It was better than I could have hoped for. He gave me the keys, said to take it on the highway, take my time. I took it around the block then paid for it on the spot. This is my first car so I had no insurance, so he sets me up with someone he knows, and they are also absolutely fantastic. (Andrews Insurance ????) The whole day was awesome. Fadi (the owner) is just a good man. And his wife's store next door is the cleanest I've ever seen in my life. I told my cousin (who is going to need a car soon) that we're going to look at his inventory first. Can't thank these guys enough.
