Golden Dragon Inc

Golden Dragon is an above average Chinese restaurant in the Madison-Mayodan area. I eat there once a week and have never been disappointed. This is primarily a buffet style but you can order individual items. I recommend the basics such as Chicken and Broccoli or Beef and Broccoli. Staff is friendly and its never too crowded. Nice atmosphere in the dining room and always very clean.

We love to eat here has what we like. Especially pepper chicken, and happy family dish. Great. Food is excellent. Our server yesterday like times before was so HIGH she couldn't hardly hold her eyes open. Once before she almost fell over. I worked in restaurants all my life and that shouldn't be allowed. My boss fired a girl because she came to work like that once. This girl should be fired. My daughter had to find us silverware to eat with. Finally the girl came told her tea and napkins. Tea but no napkins. Oh she said I forgot. That is my only complaint about our trips there.

Great place, I'm pretty sure it's the best Chinese restaurant in the state... wish they would open up the hibachi grill again( only way it could get better). There buffet is always replenished with fresh food

The General Tao’s chicken is a little tough. The Sweet and Sour Chicken is perfectly cooked. I had two pick up orders two separate times did not get the same condiments or fortune cookies both times. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you receive in takeout.

My wife and I just ordered sesame chicken. We picked it up got home and the chicken was inedible. The few pieces we tried to eat were super tough and grisly and way overcooked. The egg rolls tasted sour and we couldn’t eat them either so we were left with rice. And we are not the ones to complain about small things but when we decided to call only because it was truly inedible, we had horrible customer service and she said “I mean, what do you want me to do about it?" All in all if you have a choice to go here or to Mayodan for Chinese, I would just go Mayodan. We will never go back here again.
