Fish Hatchery County Park

There seems to always be someone that brings an unleashed dog with them. So I don't ever bring my small dog with me. Other than that it's a great place people are usually very friendly and have been picking up all the trash.

There are two sides to this park, and it's very shallow perfect for kids!!!! Playground side is before the bridge Other side is across the bride

Great local swimming hole, good hiking trails. Gets very busy and crowded which can kill the peaceful vibe. Hiking, you will find lots of people that let their dogs off leash.

Favorite park in all of Grants Pass! The photos are of the Applegate River end of December 2024. It was a flood watch the water levels are super high in these pictures the trees are actually on the beach.

Beautiful park! Great for families.. we love to go and see all the people out enjoying themselves.
