Ferris Shawarma

My favorite Shawarma in Cleveland. I love the shawarma with tortilla bread! The garlic sauce is very delicious. Many parking spots. Great staff. Must try my favorite dish (Chicken Shawarma platter - which comes with fries and Garlic sauce) they have it with hot red sauce but I don't eat spicy so I just got it with garlic.

I was on my way to another Mediterranean restaurant but they were closed so stopped to see what this spot had and I was super pleased with my food! I got the two sandwiches w/fries and it was pretty good! They are so nice to the customer and make sure your happy with your food! I like that. I'm definitely going back to try a platter next!

The Chicken Shawarma is amazing - you will not be disappointed. The flavor, juiciness, color, and texture are perfect! After you have this once, you will crave it!! I got the platter with the fatoush salad but the fries are just as good. Always ask for extra garlic sauce! Atmosphere has a hole in the wall vibe, but usually that means the food and service are amazing! Great staff! Parking can be tricky only because it gets so crowded! Cannot recommend enough!

This review will get updated upon the next visit. For now, the service is terrible, and the atmosphere is dated. Did not order food due to the lack of organization to get a table and food. It's a $hit show from the start. The lobby is packed with people placing orders and waiting for their food is a mess, let alone customers needing to keep track of who is next in line to place an order. The idea is to place an order and hope you don't cut someone, then wait in the same cramped lobby for your food, then find a table to sit at for your meal. Oh, and the menu is sparse and uncomfortably hard to read since you have to face and read over top of waiting customers to actually view it. You are better off calling in your order, then eat in your car/home, than deal with the chaos and awkwardness.
