Cortina's Family Restaurant

We had a large group and Cortina's was able to accommodate us no problem. Service was very good . Food was about what you would expect nothing to write home about but no issues with it. Everyone was satisfied. We will be back for our next group breakfast.

Breakfast was really good. Service was good and quick. Really inexpensive for the quality of food served with love. Location might not look great from outside but try it out you would go again.

First off let me start by saying that the person that waited on me was fantastic (“Andrea”- I think she has a mole on her eye ) . She was very nice to my wife , my son especially, & to me. I over heard her telling someone that she eats 3 times a week because of digestive issues…… anyways…. The food was good except my grits. They were old way too thick and disgusting. I guess it’s because they were getting ready to close in a couple hours so they didn’t want to make it fresh. I would have rather been told that they were out of grits. My second & main complaint is that they put tax on food ! I thought that was illegal, isn’t it ? I was so upset about that that it made me change my mind of giving Andrea the $10 tip that I intended. The person that checked me out had a funky attitude. She should not be dealing with people. She had the nerve to have a tattoo of a cross on her neck. (I’m a detective so I notice everything). I’m going to look into this further and then I will come back again. Just to see if they’re putting tax on food.

My renewed interest with them since being relocated close by their fine establishment. The food is awesome, the atmosphere is very warm with nice waitresses taking ur order and being pleasant. Just like I remember it back in the early 2000's when I was a regular here all the time. And the pricing is competitive or lower than most family restaurants. Hello goes out to Connie and my personal favorite, Sherry. She tries to charge me for the coffin that I didn't order, private joke between us. ????

I've dined in and ordered takeout. Not sure what happened to this location; this used to be my favorite breakfast spot. Now Adam's Diner is #1. I've given this place chances since the shutdown, but I only witness horrible decline. The quality of food does not match the inflation.
