Fancy Nails

I’m very picky on how I do my nails and how the nail tech does SNS! Most nail techs do sns differently. I loved it the 1st time and gave them a 2nd chance and they went above and beyond. The entire staff are nice and make you feel welcome. They have gain a customer!

Okay place to go. Been to a bunch of places here in Cleveland and they are just not up to the standards that want. If you go I do I recommend Kevin & Vicki. There nails are a little bit thicker than other places I been too.

Everyone was very nice. Establishment was too warm to be comfortable however (and I am cold natured). I had to wait for the massage chair to "cool down" before I used it ???? (about 30 minutes). The massage was brief. I am not sure what the lady's name was that did my nails, as she did not tell me. I was never told what the packages were & I was never asked what I wanted. I had no base coat, one basic coat (I've never not had 2), and no top coat. The nails were not completely painted in a few areas (I only saw one while I was there as I didn't have on my glasses & she corrected it). There was a small spot on my big toe of fingernail polish that she removed at my request. She was working on one lady, stopped to make my corrections, and went back to the other lady NEVER CHANGING GLOVES. That's a huge red flag for me & I will not return.

Just went for the first time today. We got pedi's and I got a fill in, I just showed them a picture of how I wanted my nails painted and they came out great

I love going here to get my nails done! The staff is very friendly. I'm always satisfied when I leave. They make you feel welcome instead of a burden, like other salons. Definitely recommend Kenny!
