Creation Nails

Nice place. Visited twice so far. First time was really great! The tech had done a very nice job. Didn't catch his name but will request him on my next visit. Second time... I wasn't too impressed, the tech seemed to be in a hurry. She rushed through, I'll pass if she is assigned to me again.

***RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE*** This is by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The male nail tech was rough and didn’t do what I asked for.When I tried to correct him he got noticeably upset and looked annoyed. When he cut my nails and I told him that was a good length, he cut them down again without asking. When I told him I didn’t want them like that he said “the acrylic will make them longer” clearly a lie cause that doesn’t even make sense, then he just proceeded to cut the rest. The polish was sloppy and the acrylic was layered on too thick. When I told him I didn’t like my nails he told me that’s what I asked for and charged me $59 when he originally said $55. When I complained about the job he did the lady and the male techs started yelling at me to get out and said they wouldn’t fix my nails. This was such an upsetting and scary situation cause I feel like I was taken advantage of especially cause there wasn’t anyone else in the salon. There weren’t any customers in there and I should’ve taken that as a sign

I have to say that i went here before and didn't have as much of a problem as i did yesterday. I told the nail tech to please take it easy with my nail bed and she didn't listen and made two fingers bleed. she said is due to the shape of my nail bed and not her fault. (never heard of that before from anyone doing my nails) I was told to wash my hands without soap twice. Didn't understand why. The Gel has allot of grains from not buffing correctly and the acrylic was very thick and misshapen. When I get my nails filled I expect good service and professionalism, if i request to be gentle with my nails I expect for my wishes to be granted.

I love nails an toes last minute errands do to weather only ones open ! Thank you I'll be back again!

This place was awful. Went in today with my 6 year old. I got a gel manicure. My nails look terrible. The gel is stuck to my fingers and it is so sloppy. My daughter got a kids manicure. The guy doing her nails was so rude to her.. she has a bad habit of biting her fingernails and he said to her “ what is the point your going to bite them off” I very nicely said it’s her birthday and she wanted them done. He then asked her which color.. she picked three polishes and he rolled his eyes at her. The whole environment was just very unprofessional and I couldn’t wait to leave.
