the gentleman that did my nails clearly did not get what I wanted. I showed him the picture multiple times. Nothing crazy at all. Simple color simple shape. Well the purple I chose turned two shades of purple that were darker than I asked for. And then the shapping. Ha! My nails look like fat boxes on my hands. I also asked to have my cuticles trimmed, clearly that wasn’t done either. And let’s not talk about pricing! I’m visiting from out of state and I paid $23 MORE than I would’ve in TAMPA! That’s insanity!!! Do Yourself a favor and go else where.

Went today for the first time and won’t be back. I paid for the volcano which comes with hot stones, masks and massage. I didn’t get a massage and he didn’t use the last packet of the volcano set. I asked him to 3 times and then had the audacity to tell me he used it when I wasn’t looking. I mentioned the hot stones weren’t hot and he said “you have thick skin so you can’t feel it”. Refused to dry my legs or feet even though I asked repeatedly.

if I could give them a 0 I would.. got my nails done and 5 days later the nails fell off... I was so upset about it.. the lady scrubbed my nails so hard that I was bleeding... the first lady messed up on my nails an a guy came behind her an redid them again an it still looked horrible.. I'll never go here ever again.. I do not recommend them..

I get my nails done by Tina at Bella Nails. She does a great job and is very fast. She is Vietnamese and sometimes I have a little trouble understanding her but she is VERY sweet!!!!!

I have been seeing Mai for several years at Bella! Never been disappointed in any way. Excellent service and exceptional customer service. Thanks Mai, Miss Suzi ????
