Downtown Diner

We wanted a quick but enjoyable breakfast and the downtown area was super busy. We looked online and felt that this was the place to try. The whole place from the service to the food was an absolute delight. Furthermore, the price was very reasonable for the times we live in today. The food presentation and taste were very good. Eating downtown would have been 10-15 dollars more for the same thing. Check out the numerous pictures and tell them “some Guy” sent you.

The food was good and prices reasonable. Not your general tourist spot, this struck me as truly a locals eating est. The place was clean, food was good and it was not crowded so for us it was a good choice. We showed up about 45 minutes before closing and received full, polite service and hot freshly prepared food.

Staying in Lake Placid for the first time had an excellent breakfast here. Everyone was so nice and the food was amazing, highly recommend

The best French toast I've ever had! Amazing flavor and texture! I made special trips just for their French toast while I was in town. Staff are friendly and attentive. Tables and dishes are clean. Bathroom is clean. Cook will take special requests for orders.

Love this diner and always stop by when I am in town. The staff are friendly and the cooks are awesome. Really great vibe and the food is delicious. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone visiting Lake Placid.
