Me and my wife got food at here a few weeks ago, we ordered at the window, the girl who took our order was very unpleasant to say the least, it took almost 30 minutes to get our food, and when we finally got our food she didn't even apologize for our wait. Me and my wife are fair and decided to give them a second chance so we went here this evening. We got there at 8:35 pm and we realize that they close at 9:00 pm but we thought that was enough time to get some food but apparently not. We went inside sat down and the a waitress came to our table and once again we were greeted with unpleasantness. My wife ordered a burger but she said she'd have to see if the cook could still make it. The waitress came back and said they couldn't because it would take 40 minutes to make the burger. I worked in a restaurant for 3 years and it does not take 40 minutes to make a burger. This was obviously a blatant refusal to take our order because it was close to their closing time. If that's the case then close at 8:30 pm instead of 8:30 pm or put up a sign that says "No Orders taken after 9:00 pm". This place is ridiculous, it should be closed, fire the entire staff, hire a new staff, and start over with that new team.

I ordered cheese sticks and luckily I opened them up before we left and they had no cheese in them. They have awful service, the food was expensive, the portions were small, and the people working was not friendly at all!! The girl running the register and answering phone calls was very rude. When I told them there was no cheese in my cheese sticks.. they acted mad because they had to make me new cheese sticks. Never will I go back again!!!

Soggy bun. No seasoning on anything. Soggy onion rings. I ended up throwing everything away. Waste of money. Better off going ANYWHERE else. I went there starving and left HANGRY due to how bad the food was. Also, seemed to inconvenience the workers by placing order.

We got in the drive-thru line around 8 pm. We sat in line more than 30 minutes. Finally pulled up to the window to order. Sat at the window, with the young lady even looking at us several times on the direct other side of the window, for another almost 10 minutes. Then she finally opens the window at 8:52 pm to tell us they've chosen to not take any food orders, just ice cream orders. What?!? And the girl at the window can't understand why we're not happy that we've been waiting in line 40+ minutes to order food. So now we're hungry and upset. And my husband is even more upset than me, if you can believe that. As much as he works in the restaurant business he's usually pretty understanding of situations that occur. However, this one was avoidable and uncalled for. We even saw one teenager run out to the walk-in units multiple times past all of our waiting cars. Couldn't someone have sent him out to all the cars in the line (2 more behind us) to tell us this so we wouldn't be wasting our time? Ridiculous.
