Dario's Mexican Restaurant

We had such a great time here yesterday we had are reception at Dario’s and the food was incredible we not only loved the food but the hospitality was more then enough Simon the general manager took care of us since the beginning till the end… the waiters took great care of us as well me and my newly wed wife would definitely always be coming back forever this place made our wedding night beyond special thank you Simon ,Dario’s and the men and woman that serviced us

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our first dining experience at Darios. The food was served hot, was delicious, and offered excellent flavors and generous portions. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, with music at a comfortable volume that allowed for easy conversation. Our waiter provided excellent service, regularly checking if we needed anything. We found the lunch specials to be a good value. There was ample seating available, making it suitable for both small and larger groups. We would certainly recommend Darios for lunch.

Popped in for a quickie late lunch with a friend. Food was fabulous. Our server was nice too. I enjoyed a carnitas taco and my friend had a taco combo with rice and beans. The only thing we didn't care for was the salsa for the chips. A little too hot and spicy. Not a deal breaker though.

The salsa was very bland and not spicy. The waitress seemed uninterested in our party. Considering it was a large with potential for a big tip, it was disappointing. We were there on the Tuesday night and the restaurant was practically empty. Example: When my food came, I didn’t have a fork and knife and had to wait for her to bring it to eat my meal. I asked nicely for a “boat load of napkins” (we were a table of five adults and four children) and she came back with three napkins. Really!!? I’m writing a review a week later and, honestly, I can’t even remember what I ordered because it was not memorable. There are many Mexican restaurants in Santa Clarita that are far tastier. One down the street … probably a mile east.
