Custer Deli

Quite possibly the best Reuben sandwich I have ever tasted…and I order one whenever I eat out, if it is on the menu! Definitely stop by when in town. Nice people, great eats and a clean space.

This is the absolute BEST Deli I've ever been to! True, New York style deli...seriously. Gabby (owner maybe?) & Melanie were so nice, kind & helpful. I ordered the hot pastami...it was phenomenal! The homemade potato salad was excellent too. I come to this area several times per year and Custer Deli will be my 1st stop..& prob my last stop (& most likely every mean in between). It's that good! I'm bummed I forgot to take a picture to share...but it looked amazing too!

Everything was made fresh to order and was such a great price! If you're a hot sandwich kinda guy you have got to try the Reuben. By far the best corned beef I've had anywhere. Likewise the breakfast sandwiches were delicious; but good lord let me tell you about the pancakes. I grew up with a dad who made homemade, chocolate chip pancakes every Saturday morning of my childhood and even HE would admit these pancakes served at Custer Deli are the king. All in all, whether you're driving through or staying for a while, dining in or needing a quick bite for the road, you have GOT to check out Custer Deli!

The New Yorker is amazing! The tomato and rice soup is also excellent. They are so kind there and the sandwiches are always awesome, lots of meat piled up on good bread.

This is a wonderful sandwich stop in Custer. Recommend the traditional Ruben. Philly cheese steak is just so so. We definitely will be back, many others to try.
