Corner Tavern & Grill

Today, I mentioned that i wanted a burger for lunch. A co-worker recommended Corner Tavern & Grill. I'll tell you what their Corner Buger with 10oz aged beef, browned Parmesan butter, bacon, spinach, white cheddar, lemon garlic aioli served with house chips is mouth watering delicious. Every bite has a smokey flavor. Did I mention it was delicious? They open at 11am. Waitress and cook were awesome. I was on my lunch break, so I didn't order any of the wide selection of drinks from the bar.

Great food, great drinks, personable service. Even if it’s your first visit you feel as though you’ve walked into your own personal “Cheers” The stromboli is really something special and the burger is going to satisfy your craving for a juicy flavorful patty. Lots of marinara for dunking so get some. Also highly recommend the sausage-stuffed mini peppers! Definitely cap it all off with an espresso martini.

Delicious food!!! It's down the street from where I live and I have always wanted to try them. My husband got the burger and the meat patty was a great size with thick cut bacon. I got the prime rib dip, the meat was so flavorful and tender, and the garlic aioli & arugula really make the sandwich!! The house chips are crunchy and fresh.

The food is fantastic here, never had anything I or my guests did not really enjoy as it has been our local "corner tavern" for years. I have been here, Dominic's and Pronto's when he owned it. A recent visit to the tavern as a bit of a disappointment. Arriving were had a wait for a which is normal but then sat a bit later at a table that was empty then asked to move one table over? We were told that pizza was at least an hour wait (Saturday) so we went with simpler items like a burger. After getting little recognition from staff, no silverware, waters upsell for an app. and waiting way too long I was ready to leave. Food happened to come out but not even plated, bare sandwich with nothing else on the plate with attitude from what appears was the only server. Keep in mind patrons can see into the kitchen and watched as a crew of staff argued with no real order to the process and no sense of management. Been here dozens of times both for lunch and dinner but will second guess the next time if I do not feel like the staff doesn't care. Full tables of empty plates and napkins on the ground for too long watching staff walk right over it. Dom, do better.
