Coops Fast Lube & Tire

This was the first time I had take my vehicle in for service, because this is something my husband always did. My husband recommended I go to Coops. The workers were very kind, the lady that handles the information was helpful, and it was quick and I stayed in my car. The owner came over and talked to me. I told him, "I'd never been there because my husband usually took care of the car, but he is now sick. So I'm learning to do a lot more than I used to." He was so understanding and calmed me with his words. Thanks for helping an old lady learn to get through a tough time.

Staff is awesome and very friendly! Good prices and they are done quick! Like I didn't even have time to doomscroll for a bit, they knocked it out. Will be back.

I have been going to Coops for a few months now to have a couple of leaks fixed with my tires, and they have consistently impressed me with their honesty and professionalism. Recently, I went in for another repair, but they informed me that the fix would only be temporary. They took the time to show me what was wrong with the tire and explained why a permanent repair wasn't possible. Even though they didn't have a replacement tire in stock, they went above and beyond by calling another tire store to see if they could help me out. They also pointed out that all my tires needed replacement, which I already knew. They helped me order new tires, going over all my options, and making recommendations without any pressure to make an immediate decision. They even encouraged me to take the night to think it over. Had I gone anywhere else, I might have thought they were just trying to make a sale by saying the tire couldn't be repaired, but with Coops, I had 110% trust in them! They have always treated me right. They know their stuff and are super friendly. I can't recommend them enough!

Wife had a flat called the shop and said they closed at 5 she was able to make it at 455. I know 5 minutes till close but they turn her away said they had no time to do it but left a woman stranded to me that is bad service
