I’m really disappointed with my experience at this salon. I paid for a full set of nails that should have looked clean and professional, but they turned out thick, uneven, and poorly shaped. The French tips are way too thick, and the shape is not what I asked for at all. I repeatedly asked for them to be more pointed, but after multiple attempts to have it corrected, I eventually gave up because it just wasn’t improving. The acrylic near the cuticles is also bulky and uneven, making the nails look grown out even though they were just done. For the price I paid, I expected a smooth, well-blended finish and attention to detail — instead, they look rushed and unpolished. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this salon if you care about precision or getting what you actually ask for.

One of the worst experiences at a nail salon I have ever received. I will never go here again. First the nail tech was very rude. Immediately stated any length beyond the length shown in the picture would be an additional five dollars to their floor price of $30. I told her that was insulting to charge $5 extra to paint a nail a little over my skin. When I replied that I was fine with the short length because I typically do not wear nails, the tech became rude. She was rough while filing my nails, I continually had to ask her to shape the nails evenly. She failed to clean around the cuticles, applied glue everywhere, and attempted to apply nail polish to my nails that had dust all over it. Of course I told her that I would like to wash my nails first which also seemed to annoy her, proceeded to speak to other workers in her language and it gave the appearance that I was the subject of discussion. To try to ease the tension, I asked her opinion on two colors I chose, her response was “I don’t care it’s your nails.” In addition the entire time she mumbled under her breath while completing my nails in her language. Horrible experience. I originally want a full set and pedicure, I paid for the full set for peace sake, and denied the additional service for the pedicure. it was the young lady that the other reviews are referring too. I totally agree, she seems to think doing nails is beneath her. It felt like someone made her be there. I felt nickel and dimed and as if I would throw my money away for anything. Complete foolery. I wish I could give no star because that what this place deserves.

Looking for the best nail spa in town. Check out this husband and wife duo. They are awesome. And don't forget about John and the feet. He doesn''t talk much, but it's all in the hands. I've been coming here for years.

I was in the area stopped by for services. Let me start by saying I patronize businesses often and I don’t want to leave a negative review however, it’s IMPERATIVE. The lady pictured below treated me HORRIBLY upon walking in she didn’t want to help with finding the colors( just showing me where it was located), she didn’t show my sister where to get hot towels after manicure. I sat down with the selected SNS she grabbed it started putting it on the color wasn’t the colors. She refused to get them for me to show she just insisted it was the same. I got another color asked about design and she stated, “We don’t do designs”….At this point I was upset because, I saw photos online with designs which means you are providing, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT to customers! I have natural nails and she was being aggressive and rude like she just didn’t want to serve me. A white women walked in everyone in the shop stopped what they were doing to great her. I then inquired about my pedicure and she said I thought you didn’t want anymore. I literally was about to cry these people don’t care for black folks and it was made obvious. I’m sick of these people coming into communities making money and don’t want to serve BLACK PEOPLE! The very same people that YOU CHOOSE to offer services too. I then asked the guy that polished my toes what her name was and how long she worked there he refused to give it to me. Ladies especially my women of color do not go here! If you think I’m exaggerating read the other one star reviews. I was there over an hour ????????????????????????

The person I had does a good job on my nails every time . No matter the design I want , she always comes through . I totally recommend this person ( if only I knew her name) , our relationship is great.
